Auburndale Warehouse Distribution
BRW Contracting combined forces with the Welbro Building Corporation to complete the Auburndale Commerce Park project. This 75-acre property is located right off I-4 in the heart of Central Florida offering 2 spacious warehouse buildings totaling over 900,000 SF and almost 1.1 million SF of pavement and concrete flatwork. BRW moved over 350,000 CY of onsite soils, installed over 22,000 LF of underground storm/utilities, and paved over 13,650 tons of asphalt and concrete.
Epperson Commercial (Publix)
BRW proudly joined forces with Ryan Companies to execute the site work package for the development of a new Publix store in Wesley Chapel. Our diverse range of services encompassed storm and utility installation, the creation of a pond, concrete pavement, curbing, cast-in-place retaining walls, as well as the construction of a parking lot, complete with base/subbase and asphalt installation. In addition to these essential elements, our expert team undertook the challenging task of widening the turning lanes in the county road, enhancing traffic flow and accessibility to the upcoming retail hub. As this exciting project continues to evolve, Epperson Commercial’s commitment to precision and quality remains unwavering, ensuring the seamless realization of the Publix establishment. With the combined expertise of our team and the collaborative efforts of Ryan Companies, Wesley Chapel is on the brink of welcoming a new retail landmark that promises convenience and value to the community.
Volaris at Lake Wilson
Teaming up with ContraVest, we’re underway with the Volaris at Lake Wilson project. This development in Davenport involves crafting new luxury apartments. Our tasks encompass mass grading, pond creation, building foundation preparation, and comprehensive utility installations including water, fire, storm, and sanitary systems. A lift station installation ensures efficient waste management. We’re also working on roadway construction and enhancing aesthetics with concrete flatwork and curbing. Stay tuned as we redefine luxury living at Volaris at Lake Wilson.
Sovereign Town Center
In partnership with First Florida Construction, we’re currently engaged in an exciting venture – the construction of upscale Sovereign apartments in Davenport. Our comprehensive sitework package involves multiple facets. From initial clearing, grubbing, and controlled demolition to crafting precise building pads. Our role also extends to intricate storm and utility installations, which include a lift station for efficient waste management. Enhancing accessibility and functionality, we’re widening roads and ensuring robust base and subbase installations before paving, striping, and installing essential signage. To add a touch of sophistication, we’re also working on concrete flatwork and curbing. Stay tuned as Sovereign at Town Center reshapes luxury living in Davenport, redefining the essence of upscale comfort and convenience.
Lexington Oaks Commons
We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the Lexington Oaks Commons project, a highly fruitful collaboration with the esteemed Terra Management Group. This visionary endeavor entailed the sitework package for a future shopping center, destined to become a bustling hub of commercial activity. Our comprehensive scope of work included the skillful construction of ponds and mitigation areas, effectively blending functionality with aesthetics to create an appealing landscape. The roadway construction, marked by expert asphalt installation and new signalization, ensures a smooth and safe traffic flow for visitors and patrons alike. Employing meticulous earthwork operations, we meticulously crafted the lots, which were later transformed into inviting spaces through careful seeding and mulching. To support the infrastructure’s resilience, we masterfully executed storm and utility installation, even incorporating a lift station for efficient wastewater management. As a testament to our dedication to enhancing traffic safety, we successfully completed the construction of widened turning lanes on the county road, providing easier access and convenience for motorists. Posner Business Center
BRW Contracting is proud to be part of the Posner Business Center development on Ernie Caldwell Blvd. in Davenport, Florida. This comprehensive project involves all sitework and infrastructure required for the new business center. Our scope includes clearing and grading the site for new building construction, creating on-site parking, and establishing two driveway connections to Ernie Caldwell Blvd.
We are also responsible for installing essential utilities, including storm drainage, sanitary sewer connections, potable water lines, and a fire line. A significant aspect of the project was executing a 12″ directional bore across Ernie Caldwell Blvd.
