Recently, we successfully completed the Auburndale Warehouse Distribution Project, an $11.5 million endeavor in Central Florida. In collaboration with BRW Contracting and Welbro Building Corporation, we managed 75 acres of development including two warehouse buildings totaling over 900,000 SF and nearly 1.1 million SF of pavement and concrete flatwork. Our team oversaw the movement of over 350,000 CY of onsite soils, installation of more than 22,000 LF of underground utilities and storm systems, and the paving of over 13,650 tons of asphalt and concrete—demonstrating our ability to handle complex, large-scale projects with precision and efficiency.
