Auburndale Warehouse Distribution

Worked alongside BRW Contracting in collaboration with Welbro Building Corporation on the Auburndale Commerce Park project. The development spans 75 acres and is located just off I-4 in Central Florida, featuring two large warehouse buildings totaling over 900,000 square feet, along with nearly 1.1 million square feet of pavement and concrete flatwork.

Involved in coordinating site activities that included moving over 350,000 cubic yards of onsite soil, installing more than 22,000 linear feet of underground storm and utility systems, and completing over 13,650 tons of asphalt and concrete paving, supporting the successful execution of this large-scale distribution facility.

Epperson Commercial (Publix)

Worked alongside BRW Contracting in collaboration with Ryan Companies on the site work package for a new Publix development in Wesley Chapel. The scope included storm and utility installations, pond construction, concrete pavement, curbing, and cast-in-place retaining walls, along with the full parking lot buildout, including base, subbase, and asphalt installation.

Additionally, efforts supported the widening of turning lanes along the adjacent county road, improving traffic flow and access to the retail site. As the project progressed, coordination across teams focused on maintaining precision, quality, and efficient execution. Through combined efforts with Ryan Companies, the development moves toward completion as a new retail destination designed to serve the Wesley Chapel community with improved accessibility and long-term value.

Volaris at Lake Wilson

Worked with BRW Contracting in collaboration with ContraVest on the Volaris at Lake Wilson development in Davenport, focused on the construction of new luxury apartment residences. The scope of work included mass grading, pond construction, building pad and foundation preparation, and full utility installations, covering water, fire, storm, and sanitary systems.

The project also involved the installation of a lift station to support efficient waste management, along with roadway construction, concrete flatwork, and curbing to complete site infrastructure and enhance overall aesthetics. As development continues, coordinated efforts remain focused on quality execution and timely delivery, supporting the transformation of the site into a modern residential community.

Sovereign Town Center

Worked with BRW Contracting in partnership with First Florida Construction on the Sovereign Town Center apartment development in Davenport. The scope of work included site clearing, grubbing, and controlled demolition, followed by the preparation of building pads to support the residential structures.

Additional work involved storm and utility installations, including the construction of a lift station to support waste management needs. The project also included road widening, base and subbase preparation, and completion of paving, striping, and signage installation to improve accessibility and site functionality. Concrete flatwork and curbing were completed to finalize site details and support the overall development of this upscale residential community.

Lexington Oaks Commons

Worked with BRW Contracting in collaboration with Terra Management Group on the successful completion of the Lexington Oaks Commons project, which involved the full sitework package for a future shopping center development. The scope included pond construction and mitigation areas, designed to support drainage requirements while integrating smoothly into the overall site layout.

The project also required roadway construction, including asphalt paving and new signalization, to support safe and efficient traffic flow. Extensive earthwork operations were completed to shape building lots, followed by seeding and mulching to stabilize and finish the site. Additional work involved storm and utility installations, including a lift station to support wastewater management. To improve access to the site, widened turning lanes were constructed along the county road. Lexington Oaks Commons reflects a coordinated effort between all teams involved and supports the long-term development of a new commercial destination for the surrounding community.

Posner Business Center

Worked with BRW Contracting on the Posner Business Center development located along Ernie Caldwell Blvd. in Davenport, Florida. The project includes a full sitework and infrastructure scope to support the construction of a new business center. Work began with clearing and grading the site to prepare building pads, followed by the layout and construction of on-site parking areas and two driveway connections providing access to Ernie Caldwell Blvd.

The scope also involved installing critical underground utilities, including storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer connections, potable water lines, and a dedicated fire line. A key technical component of the project was the successful completion of a 12-inch directional bore beneath Ernie Caldwell Blvd., ensuring utility continuity while maintaining roadway integrity. The Posner Business Center reflects coordinated planning and execution to support future commercial growth in the area.
